Chapter 33
Reed turned his head and collided with Evelyn’s clear and bottomless eyes.
He was a little confused, his lips moved slightly, “What did you say?”
Evelyn chuckled lightly, said no more, and turned around to get off the car..
Reed sat in the car, carefully savoring these words.
After a moment, he realized and suddenly looked up, the icy golden–rimmed glasses unable to hide the burning passion in his eyes.
He was no longer the half–grown kid he used to be, but when he heard this sentence, he still felt a
burning sensation all over his body.
In an instant, all emotions were thrown away, with a stunningly bright look, and eagerly drove
away.
In less than fifteen minutes, the Rolls–Royce returned to the familiar neighborhood.
On the other side.
Evelyn left a heavy footprint and went back home.
Remembering Reed’s silly appearance.
She leaned against the door and couldn’t help but laugh out loud.
I tidied up my mind, suppressed my pounding heart, and went to the bathroom to freshen up.
As she was drying her hair, she heard a knock on the door.
Opening the door, what came into sight was a large bouquet of pink champagne, accompanied by twinkling star lights.
Reed held the flowers, his throat rolling, nervously standing at the door.
The dim light in the corridor cast on his facial features, outlining warm shadows.
Evelyn’s eyes trembled slightly, as she smiled and waited.
Reed’s eyes were filled with passion and affection. After a moment, he pursed his lips and said, “Evelyn, can I be your boyfriend?”
As the words fell, the lights in the corridor went out.

Reed was surrounded by darkness, just as he was about to speak up.
A gentle force pulled him in, and he didn’t resist as his legs stepped into the light.
When I entered, I didn’t forget to close the door.
Evelyn glanced and smiled.
Raising his hand, Reed pushed forward and leaned against the door.
His nervousness was evident in his throat, and Evelyn chuckled, finding his reaction quite amusing.
She raised her hand and gently caressed his Adam’s apple, feeling the movement in her hand.
Looking up, she collided straight with the scorching molten lava above, the fire in her eyes almost burning her.
Evelyn felt overwhelmed and wanted to step back.
She felt a pair of scorching hands grabbing her waist, preventing her from taking a step back.
With a “snap,” the lights in the room turned off.
Evelyn’s vision plunged into darkness, and in the darkness, the sound of heavy breathing drew
near.
Her heart skipped a beat, then started pounding wildly, sensing that something was about to
happen. Her eyes silently closed, bracing herself for the storm.
In the next moment, there came a warm sensation on the lips.
A night of debauchery.
Early morning.
A low, hoarse voice came through, sounding like it was grinding on gravel, but incredibly sexy.
“Evelyn, it’s time to get up and have breakfast.”
Evelyn stretched comfortably and slowly opened her eyes, only to be met with Reed’s clean face.
He had gentle eyes and placed his hand on her waist. Evelyn felt a force on her waist and stood up, placing her hand on his shoulder.
With a sleepy expression on his face, he asked in a hoarse voice, “What time is it?”
“It was eight o’clock,” Martin glanced at the clock.

Evelyn immediately woke up, jumped up abruptly, broke free from the warm embrace, and ran into
the bathroom.
“Oh no, I was going to be late.”
After a while, a displeased cry from Evelyn came from the bathroom.
“Reed, it was said not to leave the strawberries!”
Reed chuckled and silently got up, preparing to go downstairs.
In the bathroom.
The red blush on the neck in the mirror was unusually prominent; even showing through several layers of powder.
Evelyn gritted her teeth and had to tie a scarf around her neck.
When she came down, she had already regained her image as a career–oriented strong woman.
Reed’s gaze circled around the scarf, with an inexplicable meaning in his eyes.
