I look at myself in the broken mirror of the store room and tears sting. my eyes. My neck, chest, arms and legs were all covered in bruises.
I couldn’t sleep a second last night.
The feel of those creatures walking on my skin, haunted me like my worst nightmare. Sometimes it still feels they are still crawling on me.
Tugging on my shirts arm, I walk towards his room.
I knock and a low comes in grunts from the inside.
I step in and there he stood in his suit and pants, his fingers busy adjusting his hair. He looks at me through the mirror to groan.

was a yellow sundress, reaching below my knees. It had long sleeves and I was thankful for it. But the neck? It showed the bruises on my neck clearly.
Walking out I open the second box to find nude sneakers in it, stepping my feet into it, I cringe as my bruises feet brush against the leather.
My fingers struggle with tying the shoe lace and I am taken down the memory lane. Mom always did that for me.
I wonder how she is, or if she misses me.

ankle and next I know, my feet are tugged up to rest on a speckless suit
