Chapter 7
“Though these women seemed unconnected, their fathers all had relationships with the Forrester family!”
“On that wedding night, these men either participated in or knew about what Callum’s father did, yet they chose to conceal it or even helped fabricate the crime scene!”
“After that, they used the incident to extort favors from the Forresters, even demanding their daughters be married into the family.”
“But they never realized I was watching them. So for each daughter they sent, I killed one!”
“I wanted each of them to personally experience the pain of losing a daughter, just as I had!”
My father’s eyes looked almost manic.
“What about my daughter?” a man from the crowd cried–Darla Thompson’s father.
Their family were butchers with absolutely no connection to the Forresters.
“You think your daughter was some innocent angel? Or did you honestly believe the Forresters were so desperate they’d settle for that pig you call a daughter?”
“It was YOUR daughter who twisted my Victoria’s limbs until they broke, and used her own fingernails to rip my baby’s throat open!”
“Your daughter demanded to marry into the Forrester family. She wouldn’t listen to warnings, she was blinded by greed–that’s what gave me the opportunity to kill her!”
My father was extremely agitated.
Upon hearing this, Darla’s father’s face turned purple with rage before his eyes rolled back in his head, then he collapsed.
Many in the crowd fell silent, unsure how to judge my father.
“I knew Melody was stubborn, but I didn’t realize just how stubborn she would be.”
“I had already avenged myself on those brides and only had the Forresters left. After poisoning Callum’s father to death two years ago with my pastries, I planned to lie low before making my next move.”
“I never expected Melody would come to investigate, forcing me to reveal myself early…”
He looked at me sadly,
“What a shame I couldn’t bring your whole Forrester dynasty crashing down. Such a damn waste!”

They Killed My Sister. Guess Who’s Dinner Now?
Chapter 7
Finally, he let out a primal scream toward the sky.
Mrs. Forrester was now beside herself with rage:
“Filthy whore! Disgusting trash!”
“Your whole family is nothing but gutter scum! Seducing my son, seducing my husband–your daughter got exactly what she deserved! And you have the nerve to seek revenge against us?”
“I should have wiped out your entire pathetic family when I had the chance–every last one of you deserves to rot in
hell!”
Mrs. Forrester screamed hysterically.
But suddenly, her body began to malfunction, and she started hitting herself uncontrollably.
“Hahaha!” my father burst into laughter.
“Remember those pastries I sent you this evening? They contain the same hallucinogenic compound, just in smaller doses which is why they’re only taking effect now!”
“Whether you survive depends on how many you ate. If you consumed them all… not even God can save you!”
My father’s words didn’t frighten Mrs. Forrester but shocked Callum instead.
“What did you say? Quick, give me the antidote…”
Before Callum could finish, he collapsed and began convulsing violently.
Apparently, he was the one who had eaten all the pastries, not his mother!
My father laughed maniacally at the sight of Callum’s suffering.
“Good! Let him die! Die, you bastard! Did you know Victoria was carrying your child when she married you?!”
My father’s face contorted with savage satisfaction.
Callum looked at my father with shock in his eyes, but consciousness held for only a moment before the drug took
full effect.
Mrs. Forrester struggled desperately to control her body, trying to crawl to her son’s side.
But she could only watch helplessly as he foamed at the mouth, his breathing growing increasingly shallow.
“You heartless witch–now you’ll know exactly how it feels to lose a child! You’ll live the rest of your days alone in this world with nothing but your despair!”
“I want every moment of your life to be a living nightmare of regret!”

Chapter 7
My father was taken away, but his revenge had succeeded.
Eventually, my father was sentenced to death, but he never lived to see his execution day.
Because he died from sudden illness in prison.
In a video recording he left for me, he said: “Melody, I’ve been experimenting with those hallucinogenic compounds for years. The damage they’ve done to my body is irreversible, so don’t mourn for me–I’ve earned this fate.”
“But know that I never stopped loving Victoria for a single moment, and I never stopped loving you either.”
“Take care of your mother and live your life to the fullest…”
By the time I finished watching my father’s final message, I was sobbing uncontrollably.
But I knew he was right–he hadn’t failed any of us.
I would carry on with his memory, living a good life with my mother, just as he had wished.
