I hear someone knocking at my door. I open my eyes with difficulty.
I yawn, then stretch. I look at Alexander lying next to me. His hair is messy, his features more relaxed, and he looks peaceful. He’s handsome when he sleeps.

What the hell am I doing in the same bed as him? I’m pretty sure I fell asleep on the floor! That idiot carried me into bed to sleep next to him!

Trush to Alexander and try to wake him up, but he doesn’t move. I shake him and he slowly operis his eyes
“inara, can you explain why your face is so close to mine?”
His morning voice is even deeper, You can hear his fatigue.
Our faces are really close, and it could easily be misinterpreted, I can’t speak loud, sal whisper:
“You need to hide in the bathroom right now. My maid is at the door, hurry.”
Strangely, he doesn’t say anything and does assay.
As soon as he enters the bathroom, I’m about to close the door when he grabs my arm and gives me a big smile

He lets go of my arm and I gently close the door. I rush to my bedroom door, unlock it, and let Maria

“I know you’re scared of storms, Did you manage to sleep?”
And Alexander’s hearing all of this! Then again, he figured it not last night.
“I’m not afraid anymore.”
She looks at me, confused.

“I go clean your bathroom while you see your father. You can shower when you get back.”
I stop myself from grabbing her arm and rush ahead of her.

I nod automatically and she finally leaves my room. I wait a few minutes to be sure she’s really gone before locking the door.
Relieved, I head to the bathroom. Alexander is staring at my body lotion.

He walks over to me, smiling
